Founder James Isom has been involved in over $2.5B of projects and transactions across the United States and Canada. His experience includes acquisition, leasing, development, redevelopment, and disposition of real estate for a variety of asset classes.

James leads each deal and works with Isom Company’s partners to understand their goals, and develop a financial model that meets those goals. His relationships with financial institutions, local government, and private investment groups allow him to create unique capital structures benefitting all stakeholders.
With 20+ years of experience building diverse teams, Isom Company selects each team member on a per deal basis based on their experience and understanding of the unique nature of the project. James will oversee each project and work with Isom Company’s partners, municipalities, designers, contractors, consultants, and the brokerage team to deliver Isom Company’s projects on time and within budget.
